(NASDAQ: RSTI) ont annoncé aujourd’hui l’achat à The Swatch Group SA, par Rofin-Sinar Technologies Inc., de la société Lasag SA, sise à Thoune, Suisse, comprenant les activités opérationnelles de Lasag dans le monde entier, au travers d’une transaction en liquide soumise aux conditions de clôture usuelles et dont le montant n’a pas été communiqué. Les autres modalités de l’achat n’ont pas été communiquées.
