The function of the twin tourbillon is to avoid differences in resonance. Synchronisation of the two tourbillons compensates for any mechanical errors by one or the other. Representing an unprecedented technical achievement, the magic of the twin tourbillon is expressed by the two perfectly synchronised seconds hands spinning around their carriages respectively located at 3 and 9 o’clock.
