The entirely ceramic Sintra line by Rado is being enhanced with striking black and platinum automatic models. The play of light creates a special unique character – agile yet robust, definitive in its design.

A combination of sinuous lines and arousing tension fuse perfectly, integrating all the elements in absolute harmony. The barrel-shaped case and bracelet links offer the wrist vitality, complete comfort and control. A new automatic movement is visible through the sapphire crystal case back and represented by moving pallets on the dial. A black convex square dotted with immaculate details soberly displays the time. Its ultimate precision emphasized by its luminosity. The indexes form a circle, joined by the date at six o’clock. Interplaying shapes form a subtle geometric balance beneath the metalized sapphire crystal creating an increased dial opening. Generously simple.

RADO Sintra Chrono

The Sintra 'Chrono' is made from the primal earth material high-tech ceramics, which is comfortably skin-friendly. This fascinating scratchproof material gives case and bracelet a vivid personality that is reflected in the dial. An unmissable detail: the fine high-tech ceramics is superbly united with the crown and the two indispensable stopwatch buttons.
Their form underlines the original concept of the Sintra 'Chrono' and fits together perfectly with the design of the case. Intermediate times and total time can easily be measured with tenth of a second accuracy. The Sintra 'Chrono' is water-resistant to a depth of 30 meters (98 feet), and is available in the three dial variations black, gray and now - midnight blue.
