T-TOUCH Titanium:
Pushing the
Boundaries of Technology In keeping with its continual quest for
performance and innovation, Tissot, already a precursor in technology
with the first watch in the world so sensitive that it responds
to the lightest human touch - launched to great the new Millennium
in 2000 - further enhances the line this year with the introduction
of the T-Touch Titanium.
Described as the metal "...that makes space travel possible" titanium
has been used from the deepest parts of the ocean to the farthest
points of the galaxy, giving to it a mystical quality and representing
for many technology at its best. It is thus the ideal compliment
to the T-Touch line. The metal's high strength to weight ratio,
means that the T-Touch Titanium watch provides optimum robustness
whilst at the time weighing in at a mere 100g for the titanium bracelet
version. A smoother material than steel, titanium is warmer and
silkier to the touch giving the wearer added comfort. Furthermore,
titanium's high resistance to corrosion and change of temperature
makes it the perfect material for the ultimate adventurer's watch.
